Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 2-3 hours of placing it, before processing begins. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. For modifications (e.g., address changes), please contact us within 12 hours of purchase.

Refunds & Returns

🚨 ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Since our shirts are made-to-order, we only accept returns or exchanges in cases where we are at fault.

Eligible for Refund/Reshipment:

  • Damaged items upon arrival
  • Incorrect item received
  • Wrong size sent
  • Non-delivery: If your order has not arrived within 20 days (excluding 2-5 days for processing), you can request a refund or a reshipment.

🚫 Not Eligible for Refund/Reshipment:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Delivery delays due to customs clearance or natural disasters
  • Any other circumstances beyond our control
